Bobby Brown, Jr.’s Autopsy Placed On Security Hold As Police Reportedly Investigate His Death
Police are reportedly investigating the death of Bobby Brown’s son, Bobby Brown, Jr., as his autopsy has been put on a security hold.
Bobby Brown, Jr. was sadly found dead in his home in Los Angeles’ Encino area on Nov. 18th, 2020.
A representative for the L.A. County Department of Medical Examiner/Coroner said in a statement to The Sun,
“A security hold was requested by the Los Angeles Police Department, the investigating law enforcement agency.”
Police previously said they didn’t suspect any foul play, and there would be no criminal investigation.
A security hold is said to be one of the first steps taken in an investigation. Detectives typically tell coroners not to publicly reveal details of the autopsy.
Not much has been said about Bobby Brown, Jr.’s death, with the exception of a friend who said Bobby Brown, Jr. texted him just days before he died, complaining that he didn’t feel well.

He also said he tried to help Bobby, Jr. stop drinking alcohol.

Bobby Brown, Sr. released a statement on his son’s passing and said,
“Please keep my family in your prayers at this time. Losing my son at this point in our lives has devastated my family. There are no words to explain the pain.”
The singer’s attorney, Christopher Brown, said Bobby Jr. was experiencing “flu-like symptoms” prior to his passing.
“Bobby Brown Jr. was not feeling well a couple days before his death, with flu-like symptoms. This is a tragic loss and we will be letting the authorities conduct their investigation of his death.”
