Takeoff Will Not Face Charges For 2020 Sexual Assault Allegations Due To Insufficient Evidence
According to reports, rapper Takeoff will not face charges for allegedly raping a woman during a party last year. A woman under the name of Jane Doe sued Takeoff, born Kirshnik Ball, for an alleged sexual battery and assault incident that took place in August 2020. According to Jane Doe, 26-year-old Takeoff raped her in a bathroom during an L.A. based party. Reportedly, L.A. County District Attorney’s office has decided not to prosecute Takeoff for the sexual assault allegations made against him due to insufficient evidence.
According to Takeoff‘s attorney, the allegations made against him were a lie. He said,
“The allegations were patently and provably false.”
Takeoff has been cleared of criminal charges, however, he’s still facing a civil lawsuit from Jane Doe.

Offset, Quavo, Takeoff
As previously reported, Takeoff’s Migos group member Offset is currently trending on Twitter after producer/rapper Southside made claims that he once had to stop the ‘Clout’ rapper from robbing Lil Uzi Vert. Southside’s allegations came after Lil Uzi Vert had an interesting exchange with his ex-girlfriend/mother of his child Yung Miami during an IG live video.
