Porsha Williams Shuts Down Rumors She’s Pregnant Amid Engagement: This Isn’t A Shotgun Wedding

Porsha Williams opened up to her Dish Nation co-hosts about her recent engagement to her fiancé Simon Guobadia. Sherri Shepherd didn’t waste time in probing the RHOA star for the details about her engagement upon Porsha Williams’ return. According to Porsha Williams, she and Simon Guobadia, the ex-husband of her RHOA co-star Falynn Guobadia were engaged days before Mother’s Day:

“We got engaged the Thursday before Mother’s Day, and it was just special.”

She mentioned the photo she shared of her and Simon Guobadia, as well as her ex-husband Dennis McKinley together. The snapshot is what first sparked rumors of a relationship between her and Simon Guobadia.

She wrote,

“I had dropped the picture, and I didn’t think anything of it because it was such a moment. Dennis, myself, and Simon my fiancé, were sitting there and it was such a magical moment of just being grown adults and being mature. I was like, ‘Let’s seal the moment with a picture and then we posted it.’ I woke up and I was like, ‘Oh wait a minute, what’s happening?’ Why is everybody going crazy?”

Porsha Williams continued:

“I’ve been waiting for a love like this and God answered my prayers. He’s here and I wasn’t going to deny it when it was smacking me dead in my face. I’m happy.”

After gushing over the engagement with her co-stars, Gary With The Tea asked Porsha about the Instagram photo she posted wearing a form-fitting red bodysuit, alluding to rumors claiming Porsha Williams may be pregnant. To that, Porsha laughed and responded with:

“I am not pregnant, this is not a shotgun wedding.”
