Letitia Wright Is Reportedly Still Spreading Anti-Vaccination Stance On Set Of ‘Black Panther’ Sequel After Backlash
Letitia Wright is standing firm on her anti-vaccine stance.
She is reportedly spreading her anti-vaccination views on the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever set despite the backlash she received last year.
In December 2020, Letitia Wright shared a video of a man encouraging people not to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Following the criticism she took to Twitter to defend herself writing,
“If you don’t conform to popular opinions. but ask questions and think for yourself….you get cancelled.”

She continued her stance and said she wasn’t trying to “hurt anyone”, but felt the video addressed her own personal issues with the vaccine.
“My intention was not to hurt anyone, my ONLY intention of posting the video was it raised my concerns with what the vaccine contains and what we are putting in our bodies. Nothing else.”

After the controversy, many assumed Wright had been fired from the sequel, especially after it was announced that Michaela Coel joined the cast.

But despite being in the hot seat, Wright continued filming with her Marvel family and was spotted in full costume alongside Danai Gurira on set.

Now, a source close to the Black Panther sequel says Letitia Wright is still spreading her anti-vaccine views on the Atlanta set. She also no longer works with her U.S. representatives.
