Claudia Jordan Says False Report Of Her Death ‘Caused Some Of My Family Members Very Real Grief’, Later Suggests It Was A Joke

Claudia Jordan is shutting down false reports of her passing. In a series of posts on her Instagram story, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star explains that she is very much alive.

On her account, Claudia Jordan stated, ‘I’m alive,’ before expressing the toll the report took on her and her family.

She continued,

“Someone spread a false story that I had passed away….Causing panic and grief throughout my entire family. When they couldn’t reach me (Cause I was sleep) they believed it.” 

She added,

“Hearing my cousins voice and her crying when I called her….was so disheartening….to say the least.” 

She continued,

“So to whomever put it on a newsfeed or post in Tennessee…please remove it. It’s caused some of my family members some very real grief. Thank you.”

Implying that it all could have been a joke, Jordan later posted to her story,

“Shout out to the very smart/quick people who totally get my dry humor. To the rest…I’m sorry you don’t.”

Claudia Jordan’s messages come after Phaedra Parks slammed her and her ‘Couple’s Retreat‘ castmate, Shamari DeVoe on social media after the two questioned her career and stance as a lawyer.
