Nicki Minaj’s Lawyers Allege Jennifer Hough Is Lying About Harassment Claims & Highlight Supposed Inconsistencies

Nicki Minaj is continuing to stand by her husband Kenneth Petty and challenge Jennifer Hough.

As previously reportedNicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth Petty, are engaged in a harassment lawsuit brought on by Jennifer Hough. Back in 1995, Jennifer Hough accused Kenneth Petty of rape, and he was ultimately convicted. He served four years behind bars over the matter, and he is also a registered sex offender.

In the lawsuit, Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty are accused of harassing Jennifer Hough and pressuring her into recanting her accusation. They are currently battling the matter out in court.

Earlier today (Thursday, Dec. 9th), an update on the matter was provided. Specifically, news broke that Nicki Minaj had fired back against Jennifer Hough in legal docs and accused her of being untruthful.

To support Nicki‘s accusation, her team is calling Hough‘s The Real interview into question and claiming that come of her on-air statements differ from what’s listed in court docs.

Specifically, while on the TV show, Jennifer Hough claimed that an unidentified individual had offered her $500,000 to recant her story. However, in legal docs, she explicitly names Nicki Minaj as the person behind the bribe, and the rapper’s lawyers are using this point to try and invalidate Hough‘s claims.

Additionally, they’re also challenging Jennifer Hough‘s allegation that she had to change her number and block Nicki Minaj out of fear. Apparently, Hough texted Nicki a message reading “US Marshalls are asking questions!!!”, and the rapper’s team is using that text to try and invalidate the claims.
