Julia Fox Reportedly Dated Drake A Year Before Getting With Kanye West

It looks like Julia Fox had an interesting dating history before getting with Ye!

While Julia Fox and Kanye West’s new romance has been the talk of the town, it looks like the the 31-year-old actress was previously dating another rap legend! Reportedly, Fox dated Drake a year before linking up with Kanye. Sources say Drake allegedly slid in Fox’s DM’s to compliment her for her performance in 2019?s Uncut Gems. At that time, Julia Fox was still in a relationship with her longtime boyfriend, Peter Artemiev. Reportedly, once that relationship ended, Fox reached back out to Drake and the pair met up in New York in February 2020.

According to reports, Drake then showed up to Bloomingdale’s the next day — where Fox was doing a promotional gig — to visit her. Sources say,

“They closed down the store so he could visit.”

Julai Fox reportedly flew to L.A. just a few days after Valentine’s Day where Drake gifted her with two Birkin bags. A source claims she later went to the rappers hometown of Canada to see him, but unfortunately the trip was cut short due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

“They were closing the border [between Canada and the US], and she had to get back home.”

The alleged romance ended when Fox rekindled her relationship with pilot Artemiev, with whom she has a 1-year-old son with. Reportedly, the pair later split and Fox began dating Kanye West after meeting in Miami this past New Year’s Eve.

Julia reportedly told Kanye about the former fling with Drake. At no surprise, sources say Kanye “is not thrilled about it.” 

Drake and Kanye West have had a complicated “love/hate” relationship over the years. The rappers recently ended their feud amidst Kanye saying that he wanted them to come together for a benefit concert for Larry Hoover. On Dec. 9, the two rap icons performed together at the “Free Larry Hoover” benefit concert at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
