Claudia Jordan Claims Air Marshals Were Racially Profiling Black & Brown People On Her Flight: They Asked Us If We Had Drugs, Weapons Or Large Amounts Of Money
It looks like Claudia Jordan is calling out the FBI! The 48-year-old talk show host/actress is claiming that air marshals were racially profiling black and brown people while boarding her flight from Dallas, TX to Los Angeles. Jordan took to social media on Monday (Jan.31) to reveal the alleged incident. Showing herself sitting on the plane, Claudia explained,
“I’ve never seen air marshals on the jet way like this, there were about five of them. They said they were doing ransom stops, and of course they only stopped the blacks and the mexicans and asked if we has drugs on us weapons, or large sums of money.”
She went on to explain that all the black passengers on the flight were getting frustrated with the alleged racial profiling.
“Every person that’s getting on the plane that’s Black is frustrated and rightfully so..They are profiling all the black people and saying its random and asking us if we have drugs, large amounts of money or weapons.”
Claudia Jordan later took to her IG story to clarify that she is not blaming the airline for the incident but more so placing the blame on the government.
“I’m not blaming @americanair for this but IG doesn’t let you tag the alphabet people FB[eye emoji]. This is the gov’t harassing us looking for a suspect. But only asking Black and Latino men AND women! Y’all can’t narrow down your search? Smh.”
