Wendy Williams’ Legal Battle Against Wells Fargo Sealed
New details have surfaced concerning Wendy Williams’ legal fight against Wells Fargo. As previously reported, the 57-year-old talk show host challenged the bank after they claimed that she needed guardianship and was an incapacitated person.
Now, according to Page Six, the case has been sealed, which means all relevant documents within the file to remain closed to the public and require a court order for access.Wells Fargo’s attorney David H. Pikus wrote,
“We are concerned about [Williams’] situation”.
As previously reported, Wendy’s attorney, LaShawn Thomas, Esq., sent us a statement addressing a number of allegations. She denies ‘all allegations about her mental health and well-being’ and says that she
‘has employed holistic health professionals to help her reach optimal health during her treatment of Graves’ disease and thyroid concerns’.
Yesterday (Feb. 16th), Wendy Williams gave a personal update on her health, as she walked along the beach with her son.

Wendy has been on hiatus from her daytime talk show since July 2021, with guest co-hosts filling in for her.
According to multiple reports, Sherri Shepherd will replace Wendy with her own show.
