At one point, getting plastic surgery was the latest trend. Now, more celebrities and influencers are becoming transparent about the cost to getting enhanced procedures, not just in the form of dollars.
Former Bad Girls Club star Winter Blanco, 28, revealed at the beginning of this year that she had been struggling with complications following a botched Brazilian Butt Lift, also known as BBL.

Winter Blanco, real name Kaila Wilkey, took to Instagram on Thursday (March 31), to reflect on her BBL journey, as her first procedure was a botched job that took place outside of the United States. Her second procedure was successful, as Winter Blanco was able to find a doctor in Houston, Texas to make the corrections.
The reality star wrote in a series of now-deleted posts on her Instagram story,
“I have spent THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars, hours, tears trying to fix what one doctor ruined. Seriously if you don’t need it do not get surgery, it’s not worth it.”

Winter expressed her interest in receiving ‘butt fillers’ in replace of going under the knife again, but that idea quickly changed to disappointment when she found out exactly how much butt fillers cost.

Winter added,
“Now I see why the girlies be getting illegal butt shots… this is wild!! But I know illegal shots are dangerous and will have to be removed one day so I won’t make that mistake too.”
