Future To Executive Produce Jacquees’ Upcoming Album
Jacquees has new music on the way backed by rapper and record producer, Future!
On Friday (May 20), R&B singer/song-writer Jacquees stopped by FOX 5’s “Good Day Atlanta,” where he announced his forthcoming album will be available this summer and produced by Future. The collaboration marks Future’s second run as an executive producer, the first time being for Kanye West’s “Donda 2.”
Although it’s been nearly two years since Jacquees released his last album, he feels this upcoming project is a fresh start. While speaking with the show’s interviewer on his current career standing, Jacquees said:
“It feels like a new beginning. Everything feels fresh, it feels new.”
The self-proclaimed King of R&B added:
“My new album drops summer of 2022, and it’s executive produced by Future.”

Jacquees’ second and latest studio album, “King of R&B,” debuted at No. 20 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Future recently made history as the second rapper — and fifth artist overall — to simultaneously debut atop the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100 for his latest album “I Never Liked You” and the heartfelt single, “Wait for U.”
