Here’s Why Rob Kardashian Was Missing In Italy For Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker’s Wedding
It’s not surprising for Rob Kardashian to be missing in action, but fans of the esteemed family still couldn’t help but wonder why he wasn’t at his sister’s wedding.
Kourtney Kardashian married Travis Barker, once again, in an intimate ceremony on Sunday, May 22 in Portofino, Italy. The pair got engaged in October 2021 and have been legally married since May of this year.

According to a source, Rob Kardashian opted to skip the shindig because he didn’t feel comfortable—a decision that did not make his sister love him any less. The source said,
“Rob didn’t feel comfortable attending Kourtney’s wedding because he doesn’t like a spectacle.”
“Kourtney and the entire family completely understand. Kourtney didn’t expect Rob to attend and knows she has his support either way.”
Rob is known for staying out of the spotlight, as seen by his absence from his sister Kim Kardashian‘s wedding to Kanye West in 2014. Thought he admitted in 2016 that he skipped the wedding because he was unhappy with his body and weight gain at the time.

At the time, he reportedly said,
“I was doing my suit fittings in Paris right before the wedding and I just wasn’t comfortable. I’m 6-foot-1 and at my most I probably weighed 300 lbs. There were cameras at the airport on our trip there and I was very unhappy with the person I saw in all the pictures. I’m upset I missed my sister’s wedding, but it was a personal decision.”
