The Game Reveals How Kanye West Feels About His Previous Relationship W/ Kim Kardashian & Explains Comments Made About The Yeezy Owner Doing More For Him Than Dr. Dre

The Game is speaking his truth when it comes to his friendship with fellow rapper Kanye West.

In a recent interview, The Game, 42, clarified what he meant when he stated Kanye “Ye” West, 45, did more for him in his music career than Dr. Dre has done. 

The Game said:

“I say this – I say that everytime I needed Ye, and this is just a part of why I said that. And people don’t know my truth. People are not walking in my airforce 1’s, they don’t know what I do daily, and they don’t know me and Dre’s relationship in comparison to me and Ye’s or anything like that. Ye, anytime I’ve ever needed Ye, he’s always been there for me and this is after I’ve been like, I was disrespected, you know, his marriage at times by saying what me and Kim used to be and all of this stuff like that. And even Ye would joke about that by now. I’ll sit with Ye and he’s like, well sh*t – well Game, you f*ck*d with Kim first.’ And I’d be like ‘n*gga like we in a room full of people.'”

The Game disclaimed the first two times Kanye West made a joke about The Game dating his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, 41, it was awkward. However, today he sees it as Kanye West being honest.

The rapper continued to describe his relationship with producer Dr. Dre, 57:

“Dre ain’t always there when I need him. You know what I’m saying? He doesn’t have to be. You know what I’m saying? He got his own life and his own sh*t and he doesn’t have to be there when I need him. I don’t need to be spoon fed by anybody. You know what I’m saying? It’s cool to have a friend that when you reach out to, they come through for you, is all I’m saying.”

As previously reported, The Game shocked many after mentioning on the Drink Champs podcast that Kanye West has done more for him in a short time frame than Dr. Dre has ever done for him in his career. He said, 

“It’s crazy that Ye did more for me in the last two weeks than Dre did for me my whole career.”
