Diddy Reacts To Yung Miami’s ‘GO PAPI!’ Sign Following Backlash For Not Mentioning Her During Acceptance Speech

Sean “Diddy” Combs didn’t let an Awards moment pass by without thanking his rumored girlfriend Yung Miami.

On Sunday (June 26), record executive and entrepreneur Diddy, 52, received the Lifetime Achievement Award.

During Diddy’s tribute, City Girls member/hip-hop artist Yung Miami held up a very special sign in honor of the Bad Boy icon’s accomplishments. The 28-year-old rapper sat in front row as she supported her boo Diddy with a bright red sign that read “GO PAPI!”

As previously reported, Yung Miami’s sweet gesture ignited a number of social media users to react after Diddy didn’t thank her during his acceptance speech.

Yung Miami, born Caresha Brownlee, faced a number of opinions by online critics for supporting Diddy while he shouted out his ex-girlfriend Cassie and his ex-lover/mother of his three children Kim Porter, who died in 2018.

Nearly a week later, Diddy has officially acknowledged (at least publicly) the highly talked about sign and Yung Miami’s support. The Bad Boy Records CEO took to Instagram on June 30 to thank her by giving the Miami native a shout-out for her show of support. He wrote:

“This is one of the sweetest things anyone’s ever done for me! Thank you Shawty Wop! @yungmiami305.”

The pair recently confirmed they are dating when the music mogul appeared on the first episode of “Caresha Please,” the City Girls rapper newest podcast on REVOLT TV. The two discussed their shared past experiences, as well as trips they plan to take together. Diddy said:

“We go have dates, we’re friends, we go to exotic locations, we have great times. We got to strip clubs, church. I’m gonna take you to church.”
