Chris Brown Speaks Out Over Lack Of Support For His Latest Album ‘Breezy’: Seems Like Ya’ll Only Invest In The Negative Stories About Me
Chris Brown is calling out the world for lack of support.
On June 24, Chris Brown released his tenth studio album entitled “Breezy.” The project consists of 24 tracks and includes features from other popular artists such as Lil Durk, Fivio Foreign, Lil Wayne, Lil Baby, Wizkid, H.E.R., Bryson Tiller, Ella Mai, and Jack Harlow.
According to reports, “Breezy” debuted at number 4 on the US Billboard 200 chart and accumulated 87.36 million on-demand audio streams in the United States. Despite the project seemingly being a success and marking Chris Brown’s 12th top-ten album, the 33-year-old entertainer isn’t too happy with the way people have engaged with his latest body of music.

On July 3, he took to his IG stories and claimed people only talk about him when he’s in trouble. He wrote,
“July 8th ‘Breezy’ deluxe album. Not that it matters. Seems like ya’ll only invest in the negative stoires about me. Chris gets in trouble (the whole world is on it) Chris drops an album [ckrickets].”

As previously reported, last month Chris addressed artists who don’t want to work with him because of his troubled past. He said,
“Because of my success right, and I’ve been able to sustain that and have an amazing fan base, people don’t get to see the ‘Nos’ that I get.”
He continued,
“But then it’s like, I don’t try to put that in the front of my mind or the back of my mind, I just go through it. Because at the end of the day, as long as I’m able to do what I’m doing, it’s music and being able to inspire people, I be like ‘cool, it’s all good. They’ll see.”
