Birdman Accuses Rick Ross Of Copying His Moves: Ross Sit Up Under Me Forever Stalking My Style

Birdman wants it to be known that he’s the original boss of the hip-hop industry.

In a recent interview, Birdman (aka Baby) sat down to discuss how his influence has helped other artists become successful. While most of the interview was positive, at one point Birdman did call out Rick Ross for allegedly stealing his style. He said,

“Ross sit up under me forever. Stalking my style and peeping my sauce.”

In 2013, Rick Ross and Baby released a collaborative mixtape entitled ‘The H: The Lost Album Vol. 1.’ Following the mixtape, Rick Ross blasted Birdman on his track ‘Idols Become Rivals’ where he accused him of withholding money from DJ Khaled and Lil Wayne to buy a mansion in Miami.

Birdman continued and spoke about happier moments within his career. He said,

“Everything I touched became successful. I don’t know man. I know I just think that, I give it to my upbringing.”

Birdman described growing up homeless and moving in and out of the projects. The 53-year-old continued:

“I ain’t never understand my gift, but I think that being unfortunate, it comes with benefits. I just think it’s just my blessing.”

The rapper said he can discover new talent from afar. He said:

“I don’t even put a thought into it, if I see it I be like ‘that’s it that n*gga got something.’”

He continued:

“I ain’t looking for nothing, I could just feel the energy in that person before that person be even become that person, like ‘he got something, I’m with that. We gon f*ck with that. And we gon chance it and we gon try it and we never miss, we never miss, til this day, we never miss.”

Birdman then reflected on discovering Lil Wayne
