Jennifer Lopez has starred in plenty of romantic comedies, but there’s nothing fiction about her love story with Ben Affleck.

According to sources close to the couple, a sizable celebration for the newlyweds will soon be held for family, close friends and fellow celebs at a house Ben Affleck owns in the Georgia seaside community of Riceboro.

The lovers recently got hitched in Vegas, a ceremony that comes 20 years after their first engagement. Jennifer Lopez, who now goes by Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Affleck, confirmed the rumors in her newsletter. It read,

“We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient. Exactly what we wanted. Last night we flew to Vegas, stood in line for a license with four other couples, all making the same journey to the wedding capital of the world.”

She added,

“Best night of our lives. Thank you to the Little White Wedding chapel for letting me use the break room to change while Ben changed in the men’s room.”

Ben Affleck first met Jennifer Lopez in 2002, and the two dated for just four months before getting engaged. They eventually split in 2004. Fast forward 20 years later and then two are more in love than ever.

Although Lopez and her partner’s love story isn’t exactly a new one, she has regularly talked about how this time feels different. The “Waiting For Tonight” singer exclaimed in a recent interview how much she loves her then-boyfriend, saying:

“I feel so lucky and happy and proud to be with him….It’s a beautiful love story that we got a second chance.” 

Equipped with 87 acres of land and a main house with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and living space, Ben‘s home, has more than enough room for everyone to be able to show off their best moves as they celebrate the newlyweds.
