Cardi B Says Women Receive Backlash After Going Viral For Their Music: Y’all Go Out Y’all Way To Bully Them & Strip Their Self Esteem
Cardi B has a message for critics taking jabs at potential rising artists.
Rapper Cardi B, real name Belcalis Almánzar, recently shared a post aimed at critics who had something negative to say to women that receive quick fame from their music circulating the Internet.
This week, the media mogul has reportedly started the process to seize property and assets owed by blogger Tasha K who falsely accused her of various allegations.

As previously reported, Cardi B was awarded $4 million after a jury found Tasha K guilty of defaming the rapper with various posts and YouTube videos. In her original 2019 lawsuit, Cardi said the blogger publicly accused her of working as a prostitute in the past and using hard drugs. Tasha K also accused Cardi of having herpes. The rap star said the allegations were not only false but caused her emotional distress.

On Tuesday (September 20), Cardi, 28, took to Twitter to call out social media users who continue to shame women once they go viral. The “Hot Sh*t” rapper wrote,
“You can tell that a lot of these girls that are having viral songs are regular girls next door that are getting over night fame and y’all go out y’all way to bully them and strip their self esteem off.”

As you may already know, Cardi reportedly began to gain publicity due to several of her videos going viral on social media, on Vine, and her official Instagram page in 2013 — ultimately leading to her rise to fame and stardom.
