Kanye West Seemingly Compares His Split From Kim Kardashian To Queen Elizabeth II’s Death: ‘I Lost My Queen Too’

Kanye “Ye” West wants the people of England to know that he has also lost a “Queen.” 

on Sunday (September 25), Kanye West, 45, posted a cryptic message to his IG stories, hinting that he’s dealing with his own grief. He wrote,

“LONDON I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. I LOST MY QUEEN TOO.”

The questionable post made some fans wonder if the queen Kanye West was referring to is his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, 41. If so, it seems that the “All Mine” rapper is comparing his divorce from the SKIMS owner to the recent passing of Queen Elizabeth II,  whose reign lasted for nearly 70 years. 

As previously reported, Queen Elizabeth passed away at age 96 on September 8 and her death was met with mixed reviews. While some people mourned the end of her reign, others had no issue publically criticizing Queen Elizabeth and the monarch. 

Kanye is no stranger to facing mixed reviews over his actions. Since Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s divorce in February 2021, Ye has taken fans on an emotional rollercoaster of tweets and antics, declaring both his love and dislike for his ex. He has accused Kim Kardashian of not letting him have a voice when it comes to parenting their children and criticized her for a past sex tape with singer Ray J, 41.

Kanye was also very vocal on social media throughout Kim’s relationship with Pete Davidson, her only publically confirmed relationship since the split. Pete Davidson was Kanye’s target for most rants, resulting in the actor/comedian receiving trauma therapy. 

Then there were other times when it seemed that Kanye longed for his family to reunite. It was reported that he bought a house close to Kim’s after the separation. Most recently, he publically apologized to his ex-wife and the mother of his four children for his behavior this past year.

Despite Kanye’s on-and-off-again pleas for his family, the rapper has dated a few women since things ended with Kim. He’s reportedly been tied to models Janay Chaney, Vinetria, and actress Julia Fox.
