Tory Lanez Sued By Pregnant Woman Alleging Hit & Run
It looks like Tory Lanez has landed in some serious legal troubles, once again.
According to reports, Tory Lanez is being sued by a couple named Krisha and Jesse Grullon for sideswiping them with his luxury vehicle in Miami during New Year’s Day 2021 and then fleeing the scene. Reportedly, the driver of the vehicle Tory Lanez hit was 4-months pregnant at the time.

Legal documents filed by the Grullons claim that they exited a highway and stopped at a red light at the end of the off-ramp. Soon after, Tory appeared out of nowhere and struck their car from the rear left side with a green Bentley SUV. According to the Grullons, the “Broke In A Minute” rapper never exited his vehicle to check on them or exchange information. Instead, he allegedly fled the scene.
The couple wants the Canadian rapper to sit for a deposition, which they’re requesting be conducted early in 2023. They’re also denying that Tory responded to their claims in 45 days’ time – either admitting or denying their claim.
Tory’s lawyer, Andell Brown, has released a statement calling the Grullons’ suit baseless. Brown added that it’s odd the alleged incident happened in January, but the claim wasn’t made to Tory’s insurance until July. According to Brown, once the insurance claim was made, the company investigated the incident, spoke with attorneys on the other side, and concluded there was no basis for the claim.
