Tom Brady Is Focused On His Family & Football Following Divorce From Gisele Bundchen: The Good News Is It’s A Very Amicable Situation
Tom Brady is ready to leave it all on the football field following his divorce.
During a conversation on his Sirius XM podcast Let’s Go!, the quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers shared that he’s now focusing on the two most important things in life: Family and football. Tom Brady, 45, said,
“I think there is a lot of professionals in life that go through things that they deal with at work and they deal with at home.”
He continued,
“Obviously, the good news is it’s a very amicable situation, and I’m really focused on two things: taking care of my family, and certainly my children, and secondly doing the best job I can to win football games. That’s what professionals do.”

theJasmineBRAND previously reported that Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bundchen, 42, to whom he was married for 13 years, individually announced their divorce on via Instagram on Friday. Despite rumors and speculation leading up to it, the two were able to maintain a certain level of privacy regarding their relationship status.
During the interview, Tom Brady also said,
“Everyone is going through different things. We all have our unique challenges in life. We’re all humans. We do the best we can do.”
Brady announced his retirement from the NFL in February only to later change his mind later — a move Gisele Bundchen expressed concern about in a prior interview.
She said,
“This is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present. I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again. But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy, too.”
Brady shares son, Benjamin Rein, and daughter, Vivian Lake with his now ex-wife. He also shares son John “Jack” Edward Thomas with his ex, actress Bridget Moynahan.

The football star discussed some of the personal expenses of playing in the NFL for 20 years during a recent interview on his podcast.
According to Brady,
“I haven’t had a Christmas in 23 years and I haven’t had a Thanksgiving in 23 years, I haven’t celebrated birthdays with people that I care about that are born from August to late January. And I’m not able to be at funerals and I’m not able to be at weddings.”
Radar Online reported that the judge who signed off on the divorce said the couple’s marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
