Kylie Jenner Reacts To Accusations That She’s Using Her Son To Distract From Kim Kardashian/Balenciaga Scandal: This Is Why I Don’t Do This, Always Something To Say

Reality TV star Kylie Jenner is seemingly over social media users.

The 25-year-old beauty mogul had a snappy response to a TikTok user throwing around accusations about her online intentions. Claims that Jenner is using fresh photos of her rarely-seen son to distract the media, come days after her famous sister’s heavily criticized response to the recent Balenciaga fashion scandal.

As previously reported, luxury fashion brand Balenciaga recently came under fire for one of their campaign photoshoots. Reportedly, the retail giant photographed minors holding teddy bears dressed in BDSM bondage. In addition, the campaign featured a copy of the 2008 U.S. Supreme Court decision that maintained federal laws against child pornography. Photos from the campaign have since been pulled, and the company claims they plan to take “legal action” against the individuals responsible.

Days after the incident, socialite royalty Kim Kardashian, a frequent Balenciaga collaborator, issued a statement that read:

“I have been quiet for the past few days, not because I haven’t been disgusted and outraged by the recent Balenciaga campaigns, but because I wanted an opportunity to speak to their team to understand for myself how this could have happened. As a mother of four, I have been shaken by the disturbing images. The safety of children must be held with the highest regard and any attempts to normalize child abuse of any kind should have no place in our society – period. I appreciate Balenciaga’s removal of the campaigns and apology. In speaking with them, I believe they understand the seriousness of the issue and will take the necessary measures for this to never happen again.”

Kim added that she was “reevaluating” her future with the company based on their “willingness to accept accountability.” Though the 42-year-old denounced Balenciaga’s actions, many still criticized her response for not completely cutting ties with the brand. Apparently, the TikTok user psychadvice, who seemingly got under Kylie’s skin, is one Kim’s critics. The user reposted Kylie and Kim’s subsequent photos, writing:

She captioned the video:

“Kris was working overtime with the Kim & Tristan photo”

Shortly after, a frustrated Kylie came to her own defense. In the video’s comments section she responded:

“Uh whyyyyyy would I post my child to cover up for Balenciaga? This is why I don’t do this, always something to say.”

The running joke that Kardashian/Jenner momager Kris Jenner is the Olivia Pope for her family has been around for some time. Even more so since the bombshell receipts Kim’s ex Ray J released earlier this year.

Still, it doesn’t seem as though Kylie was amused this time around. The TikTok user also commented on Kylie’s response writing:

“I definitely understand that would be frustrating. Most of us just want more raw honesty from your family tho instead of silence like with Astroworld.”
