Boosie Allegedly Threatened w/ NBA Arena Ban, Atlanta Hawks Player Trae Young Speaks Out In Support Of Rapper: Bro Be Chillin Most Games w/ Family

Atlanta Hawks player Trae Young has spoken out in support of Boosie after he claimed he was almost banned from an Atlanta-based NBA arena.

According to reports, rapper Boosie attended an Atlanta Hawks versus Chicago Bulls game last week and alleged that State Farm Arena employees attempted to revoke his access. While sitting courtside, the Baton Rouge native said NBA security told him he couldn’t communicate with any players/coaches or he’d be removed from the venue.

In a video posted to social media, Boosie, real name Torence Hatch, publicly asked for assistance from the Atlanta Hawks family after facing heat from the NBA. The “Wipe Me Down” rapper followed up and said,

“Ay, I need something, man. I need Trae Young, Collins, Murray, the Atlanta Hawks to go talk to the NBA security or whatever because they say if I talk to the players or coaches they’re gonna put me out.”

The 40-year-old added,

“I’m motivation to the players. Even the players on the other team we joking man, them my partners. Like I pay good money to sit where I sit, that ain’t right, bruh. I can’t just sit down the whole game and not say nothing. I’m ADHD. I need the Hawks to tell them I’m good people, man.”

After seemingly coming across Boosie’s plea for help, Hawks superstar Trae Young stood up for the rapper and said that majority of the games he’s there enjoying time with his loved ones. The 24-year-old point guard added that he’s heard worse commentary from many other fans.

Trae Young responded to Boosie’s post and wrote,

“Nahhh man we not gonna do this to Boosie now. Bro be chillin most games with family Heard 11x worse things being said to players & coaches then how he be talkin. Lol Thanks for the support! @BOOSIEOFFICIAL”
