Blueface Clarifies He Has No Plans To Legally Marry Chrisean Rock Following Fictional Wedding In Recent Music Video: ‘If We Together, What We Need To Do A Business Deal For?’

It looks like Chrisean Rock won’t be Mrs. Porter any time soon.

Controversial couple Blueface, born Johnathan Porter, and Chrisean Rock recently made headlines for their trending music video, “Dear Rock,” where Blueface apologized to Chrisean Rock for everything he has put her through over the course of their tumultuous relationship.

In the one-and-a-half-minute visual, Blueface and Rock are seen preparing to meet at the altar and tie the knot before a small group of family and friends.

On the set of the now-internet hit, when asked if he could see himself jumping the broom with Rock in the near future (in real life), Blueface told fellow rapper DDG (who’s captured in the background, supporting the two for the joyous, make-believe occasion) that marriage actually wasn’t a goal of his… at all.

He blatantly said,

“H*ll nah. It’s a contract, a business deal. What the f*ck is that about? If we together, what we need to do a business deal for? What’s the point? Just to have a paper and the ring? What’s the real objective?”

No doubt, the fake bride and groom would definitely make a dapper duo if they ever decided to walk down the aisle for real, but Blueface only seems to be making things “right…” for now.

He starts off the melodic letter by (somewhat) offering up his deepest apology for previously putting the paws on Rock’s father.

The “Thotiana” lyricist raps over the beat:

“Dear Rock, I’m sorry for what I did to your pops, but he hit me first, so he had that coming. ‘Cause I really been through a lot, and I’ll be d*mned if I let another n*gga take my spot. I’m your daddy now. We can’t change nothing but the top, baby, ’cause we’re superstars.”

If you didn’t know, Blueface and Rock’s dad got into a heated altercation last year, which (seemingly) resulted in the California-bred rhymer gaining a black eye.

However, that’s only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Blueface and Rock’s chaotic romance. The two are notoriously known for fighting each other–on and offline–and virtually engaging in viral beef with the mother of Blueface’s two children, Jaidyn Alexxis, who’s made it known that she’s forever going to be a part of their love triangle.

But… the publicized toxicity of Blueface and Rock’s union has since escalated, as Rock recently announced that she was pregnant by the 26-year-old. Blueface recently denied those claims, alleging that Rock had been sexually active with multiple men and the paternity couldn’t be proven right now.

Upon the pair’s umpteenth breakup, earlier this month, he wrote in a tweet:

“To answer y’all questions, yes me [and] Rock are officially done. It’s strictly business. I tried [and] clearly it wasn’t giving. Before she announces… she’s pregnant with somebody else’s child. Not mine.”

Blueface added,

“Rock has had encounters with 10 different men in the last year. Until I see [a] DNA test then it’s not mine.”

Blueface and Chrisean Rock met during the performer’s web series, ‘Blue Girl’s Club,’ in 2020, where the ‘Baddies South’ star served as a competitor on the show.

They now have their own reality phenomenon, titled, ‘Blueface & Chrisean: Crazy In Love,’ on Zeus Network.

Known for setting social media on fire, the love birds also dropped another song not too long ago, called “Lit.”
