Tami Roman Blasts Shamea Morton For Seemingly Alluding She Has Returned To ‘Basketball Wives’ For Its Newest Season: ‘Go Away From Me w/ This Apollo’

Reality TV star/actress Tami Roman is making it clear that she will not be a part of the new season of “Basketball Wives.”

In a video uploaded to Instagram to promote the return of “Basketball Wives,” media personality Shamea Morton took fans down memory lane ahead of the premiere of the VH1 series.

During the clip, Shamea Morton highlighted iconic moments from the franchise and recalled Tami Roman’s old feud with her former cast member DJ Duffey.

Shamea Morton said,

“Hey best friends. I am so ready for this new season of Basketball Wives. We gone have all the OG’s in the house. Shaunie, Jackie, Evelyn. Oh, do y’all remember when Tami was beefing with ole girl Duffey…”

Apparently, Tami Roman caught wind of the advertisement for the new season and didn’t appreciate being mentioned in the video. The “Haus of Vicious” star made her feelings known via Morton’s IG comments and wrote,

“BYE SHAMEA! Girl do not imply I’m coming back or use clips of me to advertise the NEW SEASON of a show I’m not on. You can however talk about #TheMsPatShow returning on February 23rd! Please & Thank you. Now go away from me with this Apollo” 

Shamea apologized and responded,

“[Tami Roman] I’m sorry sis! You’re just one of my faves and when talking about the most iconic moments of this show, I figured I’d highlight you. But yes, everybody go and support @themspatshow” 

“Basketball Wives” is a reality television series franchise on VH1. It chronicles the everyday lives of women romantically linked to men in the professional basketball industry.

In 2010, Tami reportedly became one of the main cast members of “Basketball Wives.” She was then cast on the “Basketball Wives” spinoff “Basketball Wives LA,” starting with the fourth season in 2015. However, she reportedly hasn’t been involved with the reality series since the end of season 8.
