Larsa Pippen explained to viewers that she always wore her hair in braids when she traveled. Host Andy Cohen explained to the 48-year-old that she could rock the style, but culturally it doesn’t seem like a good idea. He asked:
“Do you think it’s really culturally appropriate?”
Andy Cohen, 54, added:
“I think you’re going to get a lot of backlash.”

She said:
“My grandparents are Moroccan. My mom had braids when she was a kid. I’ve been braiding my hair every time I’ve gone on vacation since I can remember.”
She added:
“My honeymoon pictures, my hair was braided. When I was 18 years old, my hair was braided. I’ve always worn braids when I travel.”

Larsa’s hairstyle isn’t the only controversial topic when it comes to her personal life. As previously reported, the socialite is now dating retired NBA star Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus, 32. As you may know, Michael Jordan is her ex-husband Scottie Pippen, former teammate on the Chicago Bulls back in the ‘80s and ‘90s. Ex-husband Scottie Pippen, 57, took Larsa’s hand in marriage on July 20, 1997, the same year the former NBA player won his fifth NBA title with the Chicago Bulls. During their romance they welcomed four children, Scotty Jr., Preston, Justin and Sophia, before calling it quits in 2021.
