Eminem’s Daughter Alaina Gets Married

Eminem’s Daughter Alaina Marie Scott is officially a married woman!

The socialite recently shared images from her big day with her 91.5K Instagram followers. The wedding occurred in Eminem’s hometown of Detroit, Michigan. In one of the pictures, Alaina and her now-husband Matt Moeller can’t help but smile big as they show off their sparkling wedding rings. Another post shows the couple walking into an event hall after tying the knot as their loved ones cheer them on. The caption reads,

“Might have missed the Taylor Swift concert in Detroit, but it was worth it. Officially in my wife era.”

Eminem’s biological daughter Hailie Jade was a part of the bridal party. You may recall that Eminem adopted Alaina in the early 2000s from his ex-wife Kim Scott’s sister, Dawn, who struggled with substance abuse. Reportedly, Dawn, unfortunately, died of an overdose in 2016.

It’s unclear if Eminem attended the wedding. However, during a previous interview with Mike Tyson that occurred a few years ago, the famed rapper took a moment to praise his children. He said,

“Hailie is 23… and she’s doing good. She’s made me proud for sure. She graduated from college, 3.9. It definitely is crazy.”

He added:

“I have a niece that I have helped raise too that’s pretty much like a daughter to me and she’s 26, and then I have a younger one that’s 17 now. So when I think about my accomplishments, that’s probably the thing I’m most proud of — being able to raise kids. It’s definitely important to keep your kids grounded when there’s situations like we have.”

Eminem’s family will soon have another wedding to attend. As previously reported, Hailie Jade announced her engagement to her boyfriend Evan McClintock in February. Overall, the couple remains pretty private, but Hailie does have a few images of them together on her IG page.
