Jamie Foxx Is ‘On A Mission’ To Rekindle Romantic Relationship w/ Ex Katie Holmes After Recovering From Medical Emergency, Sources Say

Jamie Foxx is reportedly “on a mission” to get back together with his former girlfriend Katie Holmes after his health scare back in April.

According to RadarOnline, sources close to Jamie Foxx said the actor has his sights set on winning back his ex-girlfriend, actress Katie Holmes, 44. The news comes after the comedian said he went to “hell and back” when he was hospitalized due to a undisclosed medical complication.

As you may recall, the pair’s romance reportedly sparked in 2013, shortly after the “Batman Begins” star and Tom Cruise divorced. The former couple broke up after six years together, however, reports claim Katie Holmes was the one that broke up with Jamie Foxx.

Now that the “They Cloned Tyrone” star is back in the swing of things, he is reportedly reflecting on his past relationships, sparking his interest to reconnect with Holmes. An insider spoke on their previous love connection and shared,

“Jamie has dated scores of beautiful women in his life, but none came close to matching what he had with Katie.”

They continued,

“Their chemistry was off the charts. It was a romance born of passion but became so much more. In hindsight, Jamie can’t believe he let her slip through his fingers.”

In addition, the insider noted that Foxx, 55, plans on making things right with a lot of his exes, not just Katie. Despite this, the entertainer wants to know if Holmes would take him back. The insider said,

“He knows and respects that she’s moved on — but if she were open to taking him back, that would be the dream scenario!” 

In regards to Foxx and Holmes rekindling their relationship, other sources said that although she may care, it is “hard to imagine Katie wanting to revisit this romance.” However, they also noted,

“Jamie is hoping at the very least she’ll allow him back into her life.”

They added,

“Time’s been a great healer. He just wants nothing but peace and love with everyone right now.”
