Chika Gets Into Heated Exchange w/Followers After Expressing Her Struggle To Celebrate Hip-Hop’s 50th Anniversary Because She Doesn’t Feel “Accepted” Or “Embraced”: ‘I Cannot Win With You F***ing People’
Rapper Chika seems to be over internet users for the day.
The musician asked followers to “leave her alone” following an intense debate sparked by her complex feelings about celebrating the 50th anniversary of hip-hop.

Chika, real name Jane Chika Oranika, 26, sparked the online conversation after stating she hasn’t felt “embraced” or “accepted” by the hip-hop community. She wrote:
“it’s been hard celebrating the 50th anniversary of hip hop cuz i don’t feel accepted or embraced by the community forreal. i was trying not to say nun, but whose feelings am i protecting by not saying that? lol”

Subsequently, internet users admonished the musician, urging her to focus on those who do continue to support her. One user wrote:
“You do have fans and people who drop your name in rooms/discussions (me). I think you’re so talented & I wish the focus was there. It just seems like you have this constant cloud of negativity that radiates off you at times”
To which Chika simply replied with an “ok”.

It seems her reply wasn’t adequate enough for another user who added:
“You really a real life weirdo. You couldn’t conjure up a better response for someone who clearly appreciates your talent?”
With the rap star rebutting:
“said okay because my first instinct was to explain myself but that’s her opinion and i wasn’t gonna invalidate it. i cannot win with you f***ing people. just leave me alone. go****n.”

After explaining herself, the user who asked her to give a better response then apologized for the misunderstanding, though when asked, Chika bluntly told the individual their apology wasn’t sufficient, emphasizing how people are quick to attack her with little to no understanding of her discussion. The rapper reposted the conversation with the caption:
“twitter in a f**ing nutshell.”

After, Chika proceeded to ask people not to talk to her “crazy” due to her mind “not regulating normally”, warning that she’s liable to fire off if pushed hard enough – which she’s certainly known to do. Back in June of this year, the music artist herself the target of intense online scrutiny after unknowingly lashing out at T.I. and Tiny’s daughter Zonnique Pullins. Apparently, the two were on the same first class flight, unknowingly, where Zonnique’s toddler daughter allegedly had a hard time sleeping and cried for some portion of the trip.

Chika scrutinized the parents for purchasing first class tickets for a toddler in the first place, not knowing it was Zonnique. The incident prompted a response from the former OMG Girl which caused her family and fan base to attack Chika for her harsh remarks. However, the two ladies seemingly settled the matter in their DM’s. The “Truth or Dare” rapper shared images of her apologizing to Zonnique, and neither made any further comments about the ordeal.

Still, it seems the musician’s blunt personality is the reason some feel she may not be accepted in the hip-hop community. After rejecting the apology she was given during the aforementioned social media conversation, another user added:
“You’re a Legit Weirdo For your response this is why you’re not accepted DH”
To which Chika, seemingly pushed hard enough, responded:
“find a jacket and jeans your size, b***h.”
