‘RHOA’ Alum Kim Zolciak Calls Police On Estranged Husband Kroy Biermann For Allegedly Locking Her Out Of Their Georgia Home w/ A Pillow

Reality TV star Kim Zolciak’s marital situation doesn’t seem to have gotten any better.

Nearly two months after reports claimed the couple reconciled, the “RHOA” vet and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann are, once again, reportedly heading toward divorce.

According to a report from RadarOnline, Kroy Biermann, 37, had divorce papers delivered to the Bravo alum around 7 p.m. on August 25. Reports that the pair were splitting after 11 years of marriage surfaced earlier this year. Back in May, Kim Zolciak, 45, was the first to initiate the separation process, allegedly having the former NFL player served outside of their Georgia home. It was subsequently reported, however, that the two agreed to work things out, and the divorce was temporarily halted.

That was until Biermann issued new divorce documents to Zolciak last weekend. A police report said the “Tardy For The Party” singer called in a “domestic disturbance” around 11:50 p.m. that same evening and was arguing with her husband while speaking with authorities. The police report read:

“Caller statement: husband locked her out/caller arguing with husband…No one in danger – but caller reports: her husband has threatened her.”

Additionally, the report stated that Zolciak claimed she was locked out of their residence with only a pillow.

“She had a locksmith come out and drill into the door to get her in…Her husband has put a pillow outside the door and won’t let her in the house.”

According to the report, the couple’s children slept through their dispute, and the police left the scene about an hour later around one in the morning. No arrests were made. The recent drama between Zolciak and Biermann is merely a continuance of their spiraling relationship. It’s speculated that money might be the root of their relationship’s demise, with each blaming the other for their poor financial situation.

In November of last year, news broke that their million-dollar mansion was facing foreclosure. Though Zolciak adamantly denied the reports, surfaced legal documents proved they owed a substantial amount on the home and it was briefly up for auction.  Around the same time, Zolciak was reportedly sued for over $215,000 in credit card debt, and together, the couple was hit with a $1.1 million back tax bill from the IRS.

Almost immediately after their ongoing debt troubles went public, reports that Zolciak filed for divorce hit the internet. Biermann and Zolciak share four biological children together, twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 9, and sons Kash Kade, 11, and Kroy Jagger, 12. Kroy also adopted Kim’s daughters Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21.

Reportedly, the athlete has requested full custody of their minor kids, child support, and exclusive rights to live in their shared home. Zolciak has not responded in court to the divorce papers at this time.
