Tennis Star Coco Gauff Says She Still Lives w/ Her Parents & Doesn’t ‘Have Any Debt’ While Discussing Plans For $3 Million US Open Winnings: ‘I Don’t Have Nothing To Pay Right Now’
Tennis phenomenon Coco Gauff is living the good life!
During a recent Instagram Live, 19-year-old Coco Gauff (seemingly) doubled down on why her US Open check won’t go toward bills.

In response to a comment under the stream, she said,
“Somebody said, ‘Pay off debts.’ I’m nineteen I don’t have any debt. I’m not in debt!”
Sharing a light-hearted chuckle, Coco Gauff continued:
“I live with my parents… still! So, I’m not in debt. I didn’t go to college, so I don’t have any student bills to pay. [laughs] I’m not in debt, I’m too young! My parents have never put me in that position to be in debt. So, yeah, I don’t have nothing to pay right now.”

Reportedly, at this moment, Gauff only has a leisure, out-of-the-country vacation on the agenda, which is well-deserved.
If you didn’t know, on Saturday (Sept. 9), the Atlanta-born athlete defeated 25-year-old Aryna Sabalendra 2-6, 6-3, 6-2 in the US Open final. The historical win made Gauff the first teen to take home the Grand Slam title since a young Serena Williams in the late 90s.

However, it’s important to note that Gauff’s accomplishments in the tennis field go far beyond the latest tournament.
Ranked at world No. 3 in singles (+No. 1 in doubles) by the Women’s Tennis Association, the Florida resident now holds a whopping total of six WTA Tour singles titles and eight doubles.
Her US Open winnings were said to have been $3M.
