Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann List Georgia Mansion For $6 Million Amid Divorce & Reported Financial Troubles
Looks like Kroy Biermann received the okay to place his Georgia home on the market.
Last month the former NFL player asked a judge for permission to sell the property he owns with “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak. Allegedly, his estranged wife previously made it known that she was against the sale.
During the same hearing, he reportedly confirmed that the house was scheduled to be foreclosed upon on November 7. The former love birds have made headlines a lot lately due to their alleged financial issues. However, their money problems relating to their home may be something they won’t have to worry about for much longer.
According to TMZ, their 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom home is officially on the market. Reportedly, they originally purchased the house in 2012 for $880,000 and they have listed it for $6,000,000, which means they’re set to make a nice profit once they find a buyer.
As of now, Kim Zolciak hasn’t spoken publicly about selling her dream home. However when foreclosure reports first surfaced last October the former reality star denied the allegations, claiming everything was a “misunderstanding” that would soon be worked out.
Reportedly, after selling the home, Kroy Biermann’s plan is to collect whatever equity they can and pay off as much debt as possible. One of the payoffs he might be making is to a casino in the Bahamas. Allegedly, while on vacation there in 2021 Kroy was issued a $100k line of credit for use at the casino and gambled away $52,500. In June he was sued for failure to pay back what he lost.
