Tiffany Haddish Banned From Drinking Alcohol & Must Submit To Random Drug Tests Following 2nd DUI Arrest
Actress Tiffany Haddish will be a member of the sober club for the time being.
According to a report from RadarOnline, a Georgia judge recently banned the 44-year-old from drinking alcohol or consuming any illegal drugs and ordered her to undergo random drug testing following her 2nd DUI arrest. As previously reported, last month Tiffany Haddish was arrested in California after she allegedly fell asleep behind the wheel while under the influence. She was cited for DUI and was soon released. Unfortunately for Tiffany Haddish, that arrest came after a similar incident that occurred in Georgia in January 2022.

Following her latest DUI ordeal, prosecutors motioned for Tiffany Haddish’s bond to be modified to include a provision preventing her from drinking or taking drugs, including CBD products. The order, which was reportedly approved last week, noted that prescription drugs must be within the therapeutic limit and Haddish must submit to drug testing at any time.

Haddish’s trial in the Georgia case was initially meant to kick off last week, however, due to her lawyer’s scheduling issue, the hearing was postponed. The “Here Today” star’s DUI case in California is reportedly under review with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
