Jada Pinkett Smith Was Reportedly Home When Two Men Climbed Onto Her Balcony & Attempted To Break Into Her Los Angeles Residence

Jada Pinkett Smith had quite the scare last week.

If you haven’t heard, actress Jada Pinkett Smith’s home was almost burglarized recently, according to reports.

Reportedly, two males hopped onto Jada Pinkett Smith’s balcony and attempted to invade the California pad. The individuals were said to have been wearing hoodies when they tried to break in around 8:00 p.m. one night.

Although, at the time, the intruders initially thought the residence (located in the Los Angeles area) was occupant-free, the 52-year-old caused the men to flee after she spotted them.

Authorities were called to the scene but were unsuccessful in catching up with the suspects. Officials aren’t sure if the crime was a result of random break-ins or intentionally targeted Pinkett Smith.

The ‘Red Table Talk’ host has yet to speak out publicly about the matter. Details on whether Pinkett Smith was alone or with her family aren’t known right now, but an investigation is currently underway.

Last year, you may recall the ‘Set It Off’ icon revealed that she and her husband, illustrious actor Will Smith, had been separated since 2016.

According to Pinkett Smith, the powerful pair aren’t divorced, but they haven’t lived together in years. The revelation came about during an interview with journalist Hoda Kotb while promoting her controversial memoir “Worthy.”

However, later in the sit-down, she admitted that she and Will were in a “healing space” in their marriage.

She said,

“There’s no finding another great love, and I think that’s the point. It’s like we are in a place now that we are in a deep, healing space. And we are really concentrating on healing the relationship between us.”

The ‘Jason’s Lyric’ multi-hyphenate added:

“There’s no divorce on paper. We really have been working hard. That’s the whole thing. We are working very hard at bringing our relationship together. Back to a life partnership.”

Pinkett Smith married the fellow Hollywood heavy-hitter in 1997. Together, she and Will share two children: Jaden (25) and Willow (23).
