Aroldis Chapman, MLB World Series Champion, Faces Backlash For Posting Video Of Himself Groping An Elderly Woman’s Breasts
Aroldis Chapman is trending online for a reason that many may find disturbing.
Pittsburgh Pirates reliever Aroldis Chapman caused widespread shock on social media on Wednesday (March 13) when he shared an Instagram Stories video of himself laughing and groping an older woman, believed to be his mother. The footage features the MLB athlete reclining on a sofa with the woman, caressing her midsection and grabbing her breasts.
The woman appears to remove his hand from her chest area, but to no avail, as the 2016 World Series champion continues with the same course of action.

While Aroldis Chapman has yet to address the controversial video publically, it appears he soon deleted the clip following the backlash it caused.
One X user wrote,
“What’s going on with baseball today?? *aroldis chapman honking his moms hooters*”

Another person, seemingly concerned for others who had yet to see the video, said,
“I need you all to trust me on this. Do not try to find out why Aroldis Chapman is trending. Just….don’t.”

Judging from some of the remarks on X, some were regretful that they had viewed the questionable footage.
One individual stated,
““crazy how we dont appreciate things until they’re gone like how 5 minutes ago I was living a perfectly enjoyable life without ever seeing or even knowing about the Aroldis Chapman video and now that life is gone. I miss it”

Someone else shared,
“Everyone who’s seen the Aroldis Chapman video with his mom, begging everyone else who’s curious about said video to not look into it further lest their day be ruined”

Another X user added,
“Do NOT look at Aroldis Chapman’s IG Story! Worst mistake of my life!”
