NBA Star Jalen Green Says His ‘Family’ & ‘Baby’ Are His Motivation After Draya Michele Announced She Is Pregnant

Jalen Green seemingly confirmed that his rumored girlfriend, Draya Michele, is, in fact, pregnant with his child.

The NBA star helped the Houston Rockets shut out the Washington Wizards, 137-114, on Tuesday (March 19), scoring 42 points to tie his career high. Following the game, a reporter asked Jalen Green what motivates him during an interview.

He replied,

“My family, my baby, so yeah.”

The simple response appeared to be the first time Jalen Green acknowledged the recent announcement that his rumored girlfriend, Draya Michele, is pregnant. 

Since being romantically linked to Green in 2023, the model and actress faced heavy backlash because of their 17-year age difference. Draya Michele has even been branded a “predator” by some, particularly Joe Budden, who deemed her as such during an episode of his Joe Budden Podcast.

While they’ve both remained tight-lipped about their relationship, Michele recently clapped back at criticizers. In a recent cryptic social media repost on her Instagram Story, the Basketball Wives LA alum described herself as “misunderstood” while urging outsiders to mind their business.

The Instagram Story that’s now expired read, 

“Get comfortable being misunderstood. Only a fraction of people will be able to truly grasp your essence. You are not on anyone else’s timeline of comprehension. Also, it’s none of your business how others choose to perceive you. Most High sees you clearly – let that be enough.”

While it remains unconfirmed, if Green is the father of her unborn baby, it will be his first and Michele’s third child.

Her two other children are Knicko Howard, 22, the same age as Green, and Jru Scandrick, 21.
