Steve Harvey & Dr. Phil Partner For New TV Network
Steve Harvey is embarking on a new TV venture, but he’s not doing it alone.
The celebrity game host of “Family Feud” is teaming up with Dr. Phil McGraw to join one of the largest startup networks in modern history spearheaded by the mental health professional called “Merit Street Media.”

As an equity partner in the TV network, Steve Harvey will co-executively produce a documentary-style special about his mentoring program for young men in Georgia to inspire young viewers. The special will feature Steve Harvey and Dr. Phil McGraw.

In a statement, Harvey acknowledged the strategic partnership with the esteemed best-selling author,
“Partnering with my good friend [Dr. Phil McGraw] on such an innovative network allows me to continue my mission of empowering and inspiring young individuals through entertainment.”

The “Think Like A Man” actor also underlined how the network will be positively impacted after the ‘Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation’ is spotlighted in the special before adding,
“I believe in the power of my mentorship to transform lives and look forward to sharing this journey with viewers. The positive impact we can create together will be unlike anything seen before.”

Dr. Phil McGraw shared his excitement for the partnership in a statement. He expressed,
“Steve and I have been personal friends for over a decade, and it’s always the best experience when we work together.”

He also praised Harvey and said,
“It’s easy to say that he’s the funniest human I’ve ever met, but his kindness and his passion to help others are really unmatched.”

Merit Street Media has obtained over 300 episodes of Harvey’s syndicated daytime talk show, “Steve,” from 2017 to 2019. The company expects to distribute its new programming lineup through cable, satellite, and broadcast stations.

Nancy Grace
Recently, Merit Street unveiled a deal with legal commentator and well-known TV journalist Nancy Grace. She will examine true-crime stories in a new show set to debut on the outlet.
