Katt Williams’ Stand-Up Performance Abruptly Ends After Brawl Erupts Between Attendees
A night meant for jokes in Indianapolis unexpectedly turned very serious.
On Saturday (Apr. 6) Katt Williams had a performance at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum in Indianapolis. While the 52-year-old was on stage, a fight broke out in the upper deck section of the venue. When the brawl initially started, the lights were off, as the focus should have been on the famed comedian. However, the event was soon lit and security is said to have intervened.

It’s unclear what started the commotion, but in one TikTok video of the incident, a person off-camera can be heard saying,
“He hit that girl. He punched that girl in the face.”
Someone else added,
“Katt’s gone.”
Reports vary on how much time was left in the show when the fight started. However, a rep from Katt Williams’ team shared with TMZ that there were only about 5 minutes left in his performance when things went south. Whatever the remaining time may have been, the show did not continue after the physical dispute ended.
More footage of the incident also reportedly showed one person’s face covered in blood.

One of the men allegedly involved in the altercation claimed he was defending his wife after a “belligerent” attendee hit her.
