‘Love & Hip Hop’ Alum Alexis Skyy Issues Apology After Friend Claims Mendeecees Is Cheating On Yandy Smith During Her Live Stream

Her name is Bennett and she ain’t in it!

Alexis Skyy wants nothing to do with the cheating allegations her friend mentioned about Yandy Smith and her hubby Mendeecees Harris. The former reality TV star posted a video this morning (Apr. 25) to Instagram apologizing to the couple for comments made by her friend during a recent live stream. The friend said,

“Mendeecees has been cheating on Yandy since they got on ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ and I know a couple of women that he was looking at. …Let me tell you something, Yandy ain’t exciting him no more. …I’ve gotten calls from people on the show and I’ve gotten calls from people in the streets. Yandy, Mendeecees is cheating on you.”

In her apology video, Alexis Skyy took accountability for the allegations shared by her friend and said,

“I wanted to just address what happened on my live last night and take accountability for what happened. First and foremost, I want to apologize to Mendeecees and Yandy about speaking on their marriage.”

She continued,

“I Know I didn’t really say anything but being present in that situation is not okay. I’ve been working on myself for the past two years, I don’t even partake in things like this. We were on live having a fun time just talking about different topics, I was very unaware that this topic was going to come up and I was in shock.”

Making sure to end the video noting that her explanation was not to discredit what occurred, Alexis Skyy added,

“However, there’s no excuse for what happened. It was wrong because I allowed it on my live and I really feel bad. …I just want to apologize.”

At the time of this report, it does not appear that Yandy Smith and Mendeecees Harris have publically addressed the allegations or the apology video.
