Khloé Kardashian had a few hilarious questions about her son Tatum Thompson’s paternity.

The 39-year-old reality TV star recently surprised listeners during her appearance on the “SHE MD” podcast on Tuesday, May 7. Known for being open, Khloé Kardashian shared a lighthearted moment where she jokingly asked her brother, Rob Kardashian, if he had ever “donated sperm somewhere.” The reason? Tatum Thompson looks a lot like Rob Kardashian.

When joking about the possibility of her brother, Rob Kardashian, being the father of her second child, Khloé said,

“In this family, that would not surprise me, but that would be so disgusting.”

This revelation unfolded during a conversation between Khloé and the hosts, Dr. Thais Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney, as they discussed Khloé’s decision to have Tristan Thompson, the father of her children, undergo three paternity tests. Khloé expressed her doubts about Tatum Thompson, their son, resembling either of them:

“I made Tristan do three DNA tests for Tatum. He was so offended.”

Khloé added,

“I remember the doctor saying, ‘You’ve already done a DNA test!’ I insisted, ‘I need to do another one, I need to figure it out.’”

Just weeks before her podcast appearance, Khloé posted a snapshot with her son on Instagram. The comments were flooded with fans in awe of his resemblance to her brother, Rob Kardashian Jr., and father, Robert Kardashian Sr.

OBGYN and podcast host, Dr. Thais Aliabadi wrote,

“Adorable. He looks so much like Rob.”

Another user similarly said,

“He has your dad and Rob’s whole face.”

During the podcast, Khloé also mentioned how Tatum Thompson’s personality reminds her of her father, Robert Kardashian Sr:

“My son’s a year-and-a-half, and he’s sarcastic, and my dad had a really dry, silly, just crazy sense of humor, and there’s glimmers of my dad in Tatum, and I’m like this is so freaking weird, but it’s just how God works, and I love it.”

Khloé and Tristan had Tatum via surrogate in July 2022, while filming their reality show, The Kardashians. The show chronicled the family’s discovery, alongside the world, of Tristan’s infidelity once again, as he was expecting a child with another woman. Simultaneously, Khloé was preparing to welcome her second child through surrogacy.
