Blueface’s Dad Urges Public To Pray For Rapper & Chrisean Rock To Be Released From Jail
Blueface’s father, Jonathan Porter, took to Instagram to share a heartfelt plea for fans to pray for his son and Chrisean Rock, the mother of one of Blueface’s children, who are both currently incarcerated.
In the Instagram story video, Blueface’s dad is seen sitting at a white piano, pretending to play as Kendrick Lamar’s Not Like Us is heard in the background.
The text overlay reads,
“Free Blueface July 29th.”

In the video, he states,
“I’m sitting over here hoping and praying that they release my son in the next 20 days with time served. For all you Blueface fans, keep him in your prayers.”
He continues,
“I’m also praying that Chrisean gets released the same day as he does, so that everybody can have a new start.”

Rapper Blueface, 27, appeared in court on January 12, 2024, and was taken into custody for violating the terms of his probation stemming from a 2021 incident involving an alleged attack on a club bouncer in Los Angeles.

Chrisean Rock, 24, known for her career as a rapper and reality TV star, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 12 months of probation following an assault on singer James Wright at the Novo in downtown Los Angeles late last year.
She entered a no-contest plea and is also dealing with legal issues in Oklahoma stemming from a 2022 arrest.

Jonathan Porter also clarified on Instagram that he’s currently house-sitting for his son amid the “Outside (Better Days)” artist’s incarceration.
He wrote,
“My son Blueface asked me to come stay to look over HIS house/investment while he serves his time in jail not anyone else. He knows who he can trust and he knows who he can’t trust around his sh*t. Here to keep things in line looking good, clean, smelling good, & to make sure squatters don’t come take over the house.”
