Brandi Glanville Claims Andy Cohen Attempted To Use Her As His ‘Little Sex Worker’

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville is allegedly preparing to take Andy Cohen to court.

The reality starlet recently declared her intention to sue the Bravo exec for sexual harassment and exposed inappropriate text and emails where he allegedly made unwarranted remarks and suggestions about her sex life.

Brandi Glanville reportedly made several accusations against her former boss, shortly after releasing the documents to the media. As we’ve previously covered, the entertainer has been calling out Andy Cohen for months now, condemning him for allegedly abusing his power as her employer and crossing a professional line by asking if she wanted to watch him have sex on FaceTime.

Cohen subsequently claimed that the comment was made in jest. However, Glanville is now insisting that the alleged sexual harassment didn’t begin nor end there. One report notes that Glanville shared several message exchanges between her and Cohen that span more than a decade. In one screenshot of the texts, Cohen allegedly reached out to Glanville following Bravcon in 2022, writing:

“Kind of hoping you and my stage manager hooked up.”

He allegedly added to the text thread the following day:

“I really wanted you and Austin [sic] to get together. He had his eyes on you.”

Glanville clarified that the “Austin” Cohen mentioned was her Bravo colleague Austen Kroll from the show Southern Charm. Speaking on the matter during a recent interview, she stated:

“He was saying, ‘I want you, my employee, to f**k another one of my employees. And then also, by the way, I think you should f**k Austen. He has eyes for you.’ Your boss should never talk to you that way.”

Glanville continued:

“We are not friends, we do not hang out outside of work ever, and we were at a work event…I felt this tremendous amount of pressure to please him, but that was too far. I’m not going to go and sleep with someone.”

And added:

“He literally thought I would do it. That’s the disgusting part. And as my boss, telling him I need to sleep with another employee [that] he employs. He’s got problems.”

In another exchange, Cohen appeared to ask Glanville to tell him “all the sex stuff” she’s heard about him. The mom-of-two alleged that she didn’t know why Cohen believed she’d have any information about his personal life, but admitted to feeling incredibly uncomfortable by the entire situation.

She stated:

“It was such an odd question for me, because I knew one of his boyfriends, but he wanted to know everything I knew. Like, I have some inside track on him.”

And added:

“Like, I know nothing, but it’s like he’s in his head like he’s just this god. And I should know everything about him. He’s definitely got a god complex, for sure.”

According to Glanville, she silently put up with Cohen’s lewdness because she truly believed she had to “play ball” in order to keep her job, noting that she was no longer being financially supported by a husband. Since leaving Bravo, it seems she’s determined to hold Cohen accountable for his alleged actions. Sharing her thoughts about why she believes the TV exec felt comfortable in the first place to be so forward, she stated:

“I think that Andy wants me to take over and conquest [sic] the people that he can’t because they’re straight. So I’m like his little sex worker, and I’m not, I’m sorry…I’m not what he’s made me into in his head.”

She added:

“I’m not that, and I have to play the role. And it f**king is disgusting…It’s just not boss behavior. You don’t get to do that to me.”
