‘Love & Marriage: Huntsville’ Star Keke Jabbar’s Official Cause Of Death Ruled As Carbon Monoxide Poisoning
Authorities have released the official cause of death for reality star Keke Jabbar.
Reports confirmed that the Love & Marriage Huntsville cast member died of carbon monoxide poisoning nearly two months after her sudden passing.
As we reported at the time, Keke Jabbar’s friend came froward shortly after news of the entertainer’s death hit the internet, alleging that she accidentally fell asleep in her vehicle after spending all night with her sisters. The woman claimed that Keke, real name Ne’Keshia Dawson-Jabbar, would “go to sleep wherever” when she was extremely tired and turned her car off that evening when she fell asleep, noting that there was “already something wrong” with the vehicle.
Now, coroners have appeared to corroborate the story. Recently surfaced documents revealed that Jabbar was found with 64% carboxyhemoglobin in her blood. It’s noted that normal levels of carboxyhemoglobin are 2% or below for non-smokers and 5% or below for smokers. An accompanied toxicology report also revealed that Jabbar had oxycodone and oxymorphone in her system as well, though it’s unclear if it played any significant role in her death.
Jabbar, known for her contributions to the OWN hit reality series Love & Marriage Huntsville was found deceased at the age of 42 back in July. She is survived by her husband, Ameen Jabbar, her three children and her parents.
