Tems Shuts Down Rumors That She’s Pregnant By Future
Despite what the rumor mill may have told you, Future and Tems are not expecting a child together!
In a newly released interview with The Breakfast Club, Nigerian singer-songwriter and record producer Tems took a moment to speak on the rumors surrounding her love life. You may have heard whispers that the 29-year-old is pregnant by Nayvadius Cash, 40, who famously goes by Future. When asked if she ever has to clear up rumors with her family, Tems, real name Temilade Openiyi, expressed,
“Oh yeah, I feel like people just take the most controversial thing you can think of. Because I was thinking, why am I pregnant [and] why Future?”
She continued,
“Because that’s the craziest. Why not Wiz[kid]? Why not Drake? Why not somebody else?”
Tems went on to note that pregnancy rumors involving another person would still be weird but she feels people ran with the Future story because it’s “the most crazy thing.”

Future
While Tems and Future seem to be friends and have collaborated on music before for their hit record “Wait for U,” neither has ever alluded to their relationship being romantic. In September 2023, when the baby rumors were heightened, Tems appeared to address what the streets were saying on X by posting,
“In conclusion, you people are all mad!!!”

Future has yet to speak on the allegations, however, the father of seven more than likely isn’t here for people wrongfully adding another child to his parenting roaster.
