Diddy’s Longtime Publicist Reportedly Quits Amid His Sex Trafficking & Racketeering Charges
Hip-hop veteran Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs allegedly just lost an executive member of his leadership team.
Sources say the billionaire’s publicist Nathalie Moar quietly stepped away from her role after more than 20 years, days after he was indicted on federal RICO charges.
Reports state that as of yesterday (Wednesday, September 17th), Nathalie Moar’s phone was (allegedly) disconnected and her email is showing “no longer active.”
The 55-year-old worked as Diddy’s head of communications and reportedly played a significant role in shaping the media mogul’s image as well as several of his business ventures. This includes his fashion label Sean John, his fragrance lines, his Cîroc Vodka variants, the Bad Boy Reunion Tour, the Can’t Stop Won’t Stop documentary, his VOTE OR DIE and Diddy Runs the City campaigns.
Diddy reportedly handpicked Nathalie Moar in the late 90s to work for him. She had been a faithful employee, even after Homeland Security raided his homes and his ex-girlfriend Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura filed her bombshell sexual abuse and trafficking lawsuit against him last year.
However, a source familiar with the matter said Moar was left with “no choice” but to step down in light of Diddy’s recent arrest. The source stated:
“Nathalie is gone…She quit today and had no other choice. She had to quit what else was she going to do? This situation left her with no other option.”
They added:
“Diddy was her entire world. She will surely be deposed for this if she has not been already. She has most likely had her cell phone confiscated – who knows what is on there.”
As we’ve been covering, Diddy, 54, was detained on federal RICO and sex trafficking charges earlier this week. He stands accused of using his business to run an organized criminal ring involved in sex crimes, narcotic crimes, firearm crimes, tampering crimes, and more.
He’s currently being held behind bars until his trial begins with 2 court judges denying his request for bail. At this time it has not been reported that Moar has confirmed her departure from Diddy’s company and it does not appear she’s addressed his arrest publicly.
