Diddy Sued For Allegedly Drugging & Raping 10-Year-Old Rapper
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with another serious lawsuit.
The lawsuit was filed today (Oct. 28) in New York state court in Manhattan. The plaintiff, who goes by John Doe in the suit, says he was only 10 when he was drugged and raped by Diddy in a New York City hotel in 2005.
According to court docs obtained by Rolling Stone, John Doe and his parents took a trip to Manhattan to meet with Diddy and other industry executives to help advance his rap career. The plaintiff says a consultant hired by his parents delivered him to a hotel room and then left him with Diddy. He was allegedly given soda he feels was laced with drugs before being assaulted by Diddy. The lawsuit states,
“After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling its effects, Combs told plaintiff to move closer to him, which plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes. Once plaintiff had pushed plaintiff down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss it.’ When plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into plaintiff’s mouth and proceeded to repeatedly push it in and out.”

John Doe says he “froze in terror,” lost consciousness and later woke up with his pants undone and pain in his anus and buttocks. He claims to have later told his parents what allegedly occurred and they,
“were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”
He says he had to be homeschooled after the alleged incident. He also claims to still suffer from severe depression and anxiety.
John Doe is one of the 100+ individuals being represented by Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee in claims against Diddy.
