Nipsey Hussle’s Convicted Killer Will Remain Behind Bars After Appeal Is Denied
The man convicted of killing rap star Nipsey Hussle will continue to serve out his sentence behind bars.
Legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff reported earlier today (November 6th) that Eric Holder, who was sentenced to at least 60 years in prison for Hussle’s 2019 shooting death, will remain in police custody after his appeal to overturn his conviction was denied by an appellate court.
The California Court of Appeal judge who upheld the ruling wrote:
“Nothing in the trial court’s rulings prevented appellant from arguing objective and subjective provocation to the jury…”
