Lawyer Representing Over 100 Of Diddy’s Accusers Sued For Extortion
A “high-profile individual” is taking legal action, claiming he’s being extorted due to his connection to Diddy.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a man suing under the pseudonym “John Doe” filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court Monday morning (Nov. 18) against attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents over 100 alleged victims of Diddy. The plaintiff says that while he once knew Diddy, the allegations that he raped males and females at parties thrown by the jailed recorded executive are lies.

Apparently, the man was confronted by the attorney, who allegedly threatened to release “entirely fabricated and malicious allegations of sexual assault — including multiple incidents of rape of a minor, both male and female — against Plaintiff if he refuses to comply with their demands.”
Allegedly, Buzbee placed a “ticking clock” on the extortion demands, warning the plaintiff that a lawsuit would be filed if he didn’t agree to mediation to “resolve this delicate and important matter.”

In his suit, the plaintiff lists others who previously were on the receiving end of Buzbee’s legal actions, such as NFL player Deshaun Watson. John Doe says Buzbee tried to “shake down” Watson by making “dubious claims he knows would not stand up in court.”
John Doe is suing for extortion and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
