Storm Reid Not Returning For ‘Euphoria’ Season 3
Looks like it’s time we learn who won’t be a part of Euphoria Season 3.
Storm Reid, who portrays Georgia “Gia” Bennett — Rue’s younger sister — revealed during a recent interview with Rotten Tomatoes that her time with the HBO series has concluded.
“I’m very excited for Season 3. Unfortunately, Gia’s not returning to the third season, but I am so so indebted to the cast and the crew of that show, to HBO. Euphoria’s a really special thing and I’m so glad that that’s a part of my legacy and that I was a part of such a cultural phenomenon … I can’t wait to see what Season 3 has in store.”
After years of waiting, it was confirmed earlier this month that production for the next season of Euphoria will start in January. However, due to the extended delay that followed the end of season 2 in 2022, many fans have expressed doubt about the drama’s return.

There have also been whispers that many others won’t reprise their role, such as Zendaya (Ruby “Rue” Bennett) and Jacob Elordi (Nathaniel “Nate” Jacobs) due to their busy film schedules for next year.
On top of that, Angus Cloud (Fezco “Fez” O’Neill) will be missing as he’s no longer alive and Barbie Ferreira (Katherine “Kat” Hernandez) already announced her departure from the show last April. It’s rumored she left due to issues with the show’s creator, Sam Levinson.
