Former ‘RHOA’ Star Peter Thomas Will Face Drug Testing Program Following His Prison Stint

Peter Thomas is facing some serious restrictions after his tax evasion sentence.

According to reports, the former RHOA star will serve 18 months in prison, followed by two years of strict supervised release. This includes mandatory drug testing, a ban on excessive alcohol consumption, and regular check-ins with his probation officer. He also faces a hefty $2.5 million restitution bill to the IRS.

Thomas admitted in court to withholding over $1.7 million in employee taxes from his businesses, including Club One CLT and Bar One, between 2017 and 2023. He failed to pay the IRS these funds, resulting in his current sentence.
